Start With The Wood Roller!
Start by applying a fair amount of massage oil before starting. The oil is used to help the wood tools glide across your skin. After the oil is applied grab both handles of the wood roller and begin rolling in the direction of your lymph nodes. Popular movements include moving blood flow toward the spine and armpits, as well as toward the knee caps. Start from the fartherst side of the body and roll with light to moderate pressure, moving the tool in your desired direction for 5 minutes, or until you start to feel the lymphatic drainage.
