Trigger Point Relief Set Instructions

Release Your Trigger Points!
To start off the treatment, you will want to locate your trigger points using the chart. Common places are the back, hips, neck, shoulders, and thighs! Once you found your desired trigger point you will lay on the top of the triangle(s) and relax your muscles to apply pressure on the desired trigger point for at least 30-120 seconds. After doing so you will feel the relief of muscle tension and soreness, allowing you to live your life with comfort. We recommend releasing your trigger points with built up tension at least 1-3 times per week.
