Start With The Myorelease!
To start off the treatment, you will use the MyoRelease tool to begin draining your lymphatic system. The tool is used commonly on fibrosis or where the fascia is very tight. The MyoRelease tool works by giving a mild massage to slowly loosen up the affected area. Roll with mild to moderate pressure, loosely moving the tool back and forth on the desired area for roughly 5 minutes, or until you start to feel the lymphatic drainage.
Finish With Sculpting!
To finish the process you will apply additional massage oil (if necessary). Next, hold the frontside of the tool and use the backside to apply pressure to the desired area. Apply a moderate amount of pressure, and be sure to sculpt in the same direction as the Myorelease roller to achieve optimal results. Afterward, you should be able to feel the drainage in your lymphatic system and some relief in your muscles.
