Complete Maderoterapia Kit Instructions

Start With The Cubed Roller, Curved Roller, or Rope Tool
Start by applying a fair amount of massage oil before starting. The oil is used to help the wood tools glide across your skin. Choose any roller including the Cubed Roller, Curved Roller, or Rope Tool and follow the directions below.

For The Cubed Roller or Curved Roller:
Popular movements with the cubed or curved roller include moving blood flow toward the glutes and thighs. As well as rolling away from the chest, hips, and arms. Roll with mild to moderate pressure, loosely moving the tool on the desired area for roughly 5-10 minutes, or until you start to feel the lymphatic drainage.

For The Rope Tool:
Popular movements with the rope tool include wrapping the rope around the thighs or stomach and pulling the rope handles back and forth. Roll with mild to moderate pressure, loosely moving the tool on the desired area for 5-10 minutes.

Next, Use The Wood Cup and Mushroom Tool
After the oil is applied grab the handle of the cup and begin moving bloodflow toward your desired area. Popular movements include moving blood flow toward the glutes and thighs. As well as rolling away from the chest, hips, and arms.

Next, you can use the mushroom tool to rub against the same areas used with the wood cup. Use the tool by slowly dragging it across your skin in the desired direction!

Finish With Sculpting
To finish the process you will apply additional massage oil (if necessary). Next, hold the frontside of the tool and use the backside to apply pressure to the desired area. Apply a moderate amount of pressure, and be sure to sculpt in the same direction as the Cubed Roller to achieve optimal results. Afterward, you should be able to feel the drainage in your lymphatic system and some relief in your muscles.
